Jacksonville, Florida June 8th, 2009 – Moran Environmental Recovery LLC (MER) is pleased to announce today that it has acquired the assets of, and has joined forces with Environmental Projects Group, Inc (EPG), based out of Charleston, SC.

The addition of EPG, which specializes in site remediation and emergency response services, further strengthens Moran Environmental Recovery’s position as a leader in providing a full range of environmental services to all of its customers. Both John Mahoney and Bob Carroll, the former Principals of EPG have joined the MER Team and their experience and knowledge of the industry will assist in the company’s continued growth and in the development of new business.
