Moran Towing Corporation announces the retirement of President and CEO of Moran Environmental Recovery, Brian J. House

Moran Environmental Recovery’s (MER) President and CEO Brian J. House recently announced his retirement after over thirty-five (35) years of service to the environmental services/emergency response industry.
Brian has served as President and CEO of MER since 2007. Under his leadership, the company continued and accelerated its growth to become one of the largest privately held integrated suppliers of environmental, commercial diving, and response services in the United States. Over the years, he led the organization through a series of strategic acquisitions, building a national reputation for its performance-driven service and diversified offerings. Brian is well-regarded in the industry, having served on several boards and committees, including as a past President of the Spill Control Association of America (SCAA).
Brian came to MER through a joint venture partnership in 2007, and then in 2019, MER became a wholly owned subsidiary of Moran. William P. Muller, Senior Vice President of Moran and Chairman of MER, will oversee the reorganization process of MER, effective June 1st, 2021 and stated:
