Our hydroblasting technicians receive advanced training and certification to operate with water pressures ranging from 3,500 PSI to 40,000 PSI. MER hydro-blasters are available in multiple configurations for efficient application and are trailer-mounted for quick deployment and site-mobility.
- 605 HP Cummins Diesel with water flows from 200 GPM at 4,000 PSI to 43 GPM at 20,000 PSI
- 325 HP Cummins Diesel with water flows from 54 GPM at 8,000 PSI to 10 GPM at 40,000 PSI
- 225 HP Diesel with water flows from 16 GPM at 10,000 PSI
Hydroblasting Technology pumps are equipped with the full complement of accessories, including automation devices, abrasive cutting tools, vacuum recovery systems, nozzles, lances, hoses, filters, and safety systems. By using specialized tools, MER minimizes the need for time-intensive physical labor and confined space entry. The result is a safer, more efficient industrial cleaning operation.
